    New ideas: better stories, better ways of telling those stories (so both content and product). And yes, lots and lots of testing of new ideas which media companies have largely failed at. My issue isn't with the idea of newness (quite the opposite!), it's the idea that some big New Thing is the answer when really it's a question of looking at our businesses differently. We get lapped / owned by Snapchat because we refuse to think and act like Snapchat.
